I paid but the app still shows me as free.
Tap Restore purchases on the paywall. If it still doesn’t unlock, send a screenshot of your subscription receipt and we’ll sort it.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your device.
- iOS — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → little haven.
- Android — Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
You’ll keep access until the period ends, and your entries stay on your device.
Was I charged after the free trial?
If your yearly plan included a free trial, it converts to the regular yearly price unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel any time in your device’s subscription settings — at least 24 hours before renewal to be safe.
How much does it cost?
Prices are shown live on the paywall in your local currency. There’s a monthly plan and a yearly plan (yearly is the better value, and may include a free trial for new subscribers).
What's free vs. premium?
Free, always: your pet (growth and food), Goals, the daily morning and evening routine check-ins, breathing, mood, gratitude, journaling, a focus timer, one ambient sound (rain), and a preview of insights.
Premium adds: lookback through your past months of journal entries, extra breathing patterns, the advanced focus timer (custom durations, intervals, history), the other ambient sounds (ocean, nature, campfire, night, stream), full insights (all-time trends and patterns), extra routine slots beyond morning and evening, and data export (JSON / CSV).
Do I need an account?
No sign-up, no login, no email. Open the app and you’re in.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything works without internet.
Where is my data stored?
On your device only. There’s no cloud and no backup.
Are journal and mood entries sent anywhere?
No. The text of your journal, mood notes, gratitude entries, and pet name never leave your device. The app uses anonymous analytics (EU-hosted) for things like “a journal entry was created” — never the words inside it.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Everything tied to little haven on that device is removed, including your pet and your entries. There’s no way to recover them, so be sure before deleting.
Can I move my pet and entries to a new phone?
Not currently. little haven is local-only — nothing is stored on a server, so there’s no transfer between devices. If this matters to you, let us know; it helps prioritize sync.
Can I export my entries?
JSON and CSV export are included with premium. Standalone export isn’t available on the free tier yet.
My notifications aren't showing up.
Check both places: inside little haven settings, and your OS settings (iOS or Android → little haven → Notifications).
Goals vs. Routines — what's the difference?
Goals are your daily checklist. Routines are recurring morning and evening sequences, with room to add more if you’re on premium.
Can I rename or change my pet?
You name your pet when the egg hatches and can rename it later in settings. One companion at a time.
Which devices are supported?
iOS and Android phones. Tablets aren’t optimized yet.
